WATER UTILITY for the TOWN OF BRIDGEWATER

SEEKING INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS to SERVE on COMMISSION

 The Town of Bridgewater is blessed with an excellent water supply, located in the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg, and through proper operation and management, serves citizens of the Town of Bridgewater. The Public Service Commission is a separate, corporate body, operating the water utility of the town, providing potable water for approximately 3100 customers and fire protection through hydrants and sprinkler services.  Customers exist both in town and in the county. 

The Commission is currently seeking interested individuals with a keen interest in serving on this Commission to contribute knowledge, perspectives, and ideas for the betterment of the utility. Meetings occur on the 2nd Thursday of every second month (January, March, May, etc.) at 6.00 p.m. at the Bridgewater Town Hall, 60 Pleasant Street. An individual is qualified to be a member of the Commission if they reside in the Town of Bridgewater.
